We’d like to invite you to become a member of SNAFU (Southern Nevada Ale Fermenters Union). Our dues are $12 a year which includes a 10% discount at Bear & Brew Gear, a subscription to our monthly newsletter, and inclusion in all SNAFU club events.

SNAFU is a club dedicated to the craft of homebrewing. Our goals are to help each other to become better brewers, to enjoy each other’s company, and to enjoy each other’s beer. SNAFU meets monthly on the second Friday of every month at 7:00 at Beer & Brew Gear near Tropicana and Maryland. SNAFU also has a yearly campout at Valley of Fire in April, and a club picnic and hike at Spring Mountain Ranch in Oct. For the past 2 years, SNAFU has been involved in the KNPR Brewsfestival, and this year’s Las Vegas International Beer Festival. SNAFU sponsors a homebrew competition, called Winterfest, in which beers from all over the USA are judged. This competition is held in Jan. or Feb.
